A valid notice must include
1. Your physical or electronic signature. 2. Identification of the copyrighted work. 3. Identification of the infringing material and where it appears. 4. Your contact information. 5. A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized. 6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed in error, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district. We may restore the material after 10 business days unless the complainant files suit.
Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
